Ready, Get Set…

By reflexes January 13, 2010

My youngest daughter is just about ready for big school which starts in a couple of weeks. We got some school uniforms before the end of last year and have completed ‘the gear’ with her black school shoes last week. She’s excited. Parents are of course excited, too! Wonder what she’ll become when she grows up? A pediatrician or surgeon? A musician or dancer? A corporate or mesothelioma lawyer? Well, those are still years away. For now, I just continue to enjoy her fitting her school shoes (and yes, uniform too) once in a while. And of course, she doesn’t fail to ask: “Mama, is school starting tomorrow?”
