It’s Not Working

By reflexes January 8, 2010

When we visited the Philippines last month, my kids were introduced to a different face of the internet. At some point, my youngest daughter got impatient waiting for her game to load on screen, she just said ‘it’s not working’. We had to explain to them that it has something to do with the provider networks and nothing that will require us to buy memory to improve machine performance. Anyway, we’re back now. I guess the lesson learned here is that it is sometimes good to see things differently to appreciate what you have.
