What’s Good For You

Indirectly, in order for us to do this, we would also have to know what’s good (or even best) for ourselves as individual. So how do we know what’s good? This may sound funny but I guess one answer is ‘research’. For example, as the ‘grown ups’ we can read on product reviews not just for natural weight loss pills but more especially on products in our regular grocery list. It probably is not enough to listen to what the media advertisements say as these may be skewed in the interest of making more sales.
