Busy Body

I have really become busy these past few weeks. There are just a lot of things going on one after the other. Perhaps it started a couple of months back when we moved to our new rental house. While things are quite ‘stable’ by now, the times that the ‘moving’ took up probably bumped some activities and the domino effect continues. Or probably it is just that end of year rush. Whatever it real reason is, I just look forward to having things settle down.
Because of this busy schedule, I realized that I have skipped on a number of things. Exercise is probably one of these things. Though I have to say that all the moving and sorting requires a bit of a body workout. And if I think about that, then I might not have missed much as far as getting muscles to be active. It would have been tempting to manage or lose weight through some fat burners or other things such as fenphedra as they propose to give ‘quick wins’. At the end of it, I believe what’s important is to make effort to keep the body weight within the healthy levels. And these should all happen within our busy schedules. In that way, we can keep on going busy, on a positive sense.
